- Previous verified credits on similar scale projects
- Strong communication (they reply fast and clearly)
- Knows Kodambakkam and surrounding areas like the back of their hand
- Can handle last-minute changes without panicking
- Has good relationships with spot boys, drivers, and local vendors
### How to evaluate PAs on Rosterwoods
Look at their CineCard for:
- At least two verified PA or AD credits
- Department tags that include “Production”
- Recent availability
- Clean communication history (no complaints)
The best PAs on Rosterwoods already have recommendations from DOPs and directors they’ve worked with.
### Red flags to watch for
- No verified credits in the last 8 months
- Vague descriptions of past work
- Multiple “available from tomorrow” posts with no follow-through
