## Your Profile Is Your First Impression
When a production manager or casting director opens your CineCard on Rosterwoods, you have about 30 seconds to prove you're worth their time.
### The complete checklist
1. **Headshot** — Clear, professional, recent photo
2. **Department tags** — Be specific (Sound Mix, Gaffer, Focus Puller, not just “Camera” or “Crew”)
3. **Location** — Chennai, Coimbatore, etc.
4. **Rate** — At least a range so productions know if you're in their budget
5. **Availability** — Keep this updated. Productions filter by it.
6. **3–5 verified credits** — These are your proof. Add them with call sheets or production references.
7. **Skills / tools** — What gear do you own? What software do you use?
8. **Showreel or portfolio link** — One clean link. Not 10.
### What separates profiles that get booked
The crew who get consistent work on Rosterwoods treat their CineCard like a live document. They update it after every gig, add new credits immediately, and keep their availability current.
